The Guild Council is run by our diverse group of council members to ensure all Murdoch students have a voice! Council members sit on university boards, panels, committees, groups and working parties.
Our council members are elected by the student body every year to represent students to the university and ensure that students are at the forefront of university decision-making.

The Guild Elections

Guild Executives
President - Heidee Austic
Heidee is our 47th and 48th Guild President and represents the student body both within the University and ensures students are at the forefront of Murdoch University’s decision-making. She sits within the Senate to ensure that the overall direction and strategic management of the university align with students’ interests.
Education Vice President - Tshering Gyeltshen
The Education Vice President sits on student appeals and academic misconduct policy meetings to ensure students are at the centre of all academic policy and procedures.
General Secretary - Haris Bin Rehan
Haris ensures that the Guild Council is run properly and plans activities that will enhance campus life.
